About

Hi, I'm Julie. And I know what it feels like to keep everything running while quietly wondering when life starts feeling like yours again.

For years, I was doing all the things. Managing the household, showing up for the people I love, keeping the calendar running, checking the boxes. From the outside, it probably looked like I had it together.

On the inside? I was exhausted. Not the kind of tired that a good night's sleep fixes — though I wasn't getting much of that either. The kind of exhausted that comes from running on empty for so long that you stop noticing it's your baseline.

I was in survival mode. And I had been for longer than I wanted to admit.

If you're a woman in your 40s or 50s reading this and nodding — this space is for you.

What Chasing Yarrow Is

Chasing Yarrow is a resource and community for midlife women who are ready to stop just keeping up and start actually building the life they keep meaning to get to.

Not with a dramatic overhaul. Not by adding more to an already full plate. But by creating simple, intentional systems and rhythms that bring genuine calm to the areas of life that have been quietly draining you — your home, your health, your schedule, your style, your finances, your relationships, your sense of purpose.

I believe that every woman deserves access to the tools, clarity, and encouragement to thrive in this season — not someday, and not after everything else settles down. Now, in her actual life, as it actually is.

That's what I build here.

Why Chasing Yarrow

The yarrow plant has been associated for centuries with quiet courage and deep resilience — the kind that doesn't announce itself, but holds steady when everything around it is in motion. It grows in difficult conditions. It adapts. It endures.

That felt like the right name for this.

Because the women I want to serve aren't looking for a dramatic reinvention. They're looking for the quiet courage to build something steadier. A home that runs with less chaos. A morning that has some space in it. A sense of direction that feels like theirs. A life that, at the end of the day, they can actually rest in.

That's what we're building here. Together, at whatever pace makes sense for this season.
